Web Wars, and indie dev studio previously known as John Galt Games, seems to have reappeared after a long period of seeming inactivity with the announcement of Web Lords.  Beta sign-ups are now open for Web Lords : Shattered Domain, described by the developers as a browser based player vs player game.
